Jeff Wagner

President/CEO

Jeff is responsible for Aircon’s market position, new project development, and customer satisfaction. He has over 20 years of experience with energy retrofit/performance-based contracting and HVAC service, with emphasis on sales and sales management. Jeff was one of the key managers in the Encompass Energy Solutions group that became Aircon Energy in 2002. Prior to that, he held roles in sales management and sales at Honeywell, Inc.

Brent Dobson

Director of Operations

Brent is responsible for operations management, planning, and contracting for both Aircon’s energy project and service organizations. He has over 25 years of experience within the HVAC industry, managing the servicing and installation of mechanical and electrical equipment. Prior to his current position at Aircon, Brent was a member of the Encompass Energy Solutions organization.

Rob Hudson, P.E./C.E.M.

Chief Engineer

Rob has over 20 years of experience as a dedicated engineering and operations manager in a variety of manufacturing & building environments. He has experience delivering LEED Certified Projects and strives for sustainable design in all applications. Mr. Hudson is responsible for overall project development, including conducting energy audits, energy conservation measure selection, project implementation costs, and energy savings modeling & analysis.  Furthermore he is responsible for project financial modeling and contractual negotiations on numerous energy savings performance contracts. Mr. Hudson works with the customer point of contact to ensure the technical, financial, and contractual submittals meet the customer’s expectations. Mr. Hudson is also knowledgeable in both measurement and verification and energy management systems. Rob has a Masters of Business Administration from Mid-America Nazarene University, Olathe, KS and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science & Technology.

Andy Roth

Director of Energy Services

Andy leads business development and strategic partnership activities for Aircon Energy, identifying energy solutions for his client’s energy and infrastructure needs. He serves as the key point of contact and facilitates all communication and coordination on project matters prior to long-term contract execution. Andy has over 25 years experience working with clients in both the public and private sectors ensuring their complete satisfaction.  He is active with several associations including:  APWA, CSAC, RCRC, CEAC and the California League of Cities.  Mr. Roth holds an MBA from Butler University and a BS from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
