Jeff Wagner

Senior Vice President

Jeff is responsible for Aircon’s market position, new project development, and customer satisfaction. He has over 20 years of experience with energy retrofit/performance-based contracting and HVAC service, with emphasis on sales and sales management. Jeff was one of the key managers in the Encompass Energy Solutions group that became Aircon Energy in 2002. Prior to that, he held roles in sales management and sales at Honeywell, Inc.

Wes Herman

Director of Engineering

Wes is responsible for project engineering and development. He joined Aircon in 2011, bringing 29 years of energy retrofit experience with electrical and mechanical systems for facilities ranging from high-rise buildings to data centers to universities. Wes has been recognized nationally for the 2002 and 2003 Efficient Building Award for the best multi-site project County of Los Angeles and Best Healthcare project for Hawaiian Healthcare respectfully. Prior to Aircon, Wes held a range of engineering management roles with Johnson Controls, TAC Americas, Noresco, and Siemens.

Brent Dobson

Director of Operations

Brent is responsible for operations management, planning, and contracting for both Aircon’s energy project and service organizations. He has over 25 years of experience within the HVAC industry, managing the servicing and installation of mechanical and electrical equipment. Prior to his current position at Aircon, Brent was a member of the Encompass Energy Solutions organization.

Lori Small

Division Controller

Lori is responsible for Aircon’s financial management processes as well as employee administration. She joined Aircon in 2010, bringing over 25 years of experience in construction accounting.
